Overlooking the beautiful Cervinia valley, the panoramic restaurant of the White Angel Hotel offers traditional and Mediterranean dishes, revisited in a gourmet way. Prepared using local products from small farmers and fresh Mediterranean fish, they will let you discover the excellence of Italian kitchen.

The hotel offers the possibility to take half board from 19.30 to 21.30. Much appreciated among the restaurants in Cervinia, it is also open to outside guests who want to treat themselves to a special evening.

Breakfast is a vital meal of the day, and to ensure a great start, we serve a rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 9:30. The choices are abundant, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. You can indulge in different types of bread accompanied by locally sourced jams from Valle d’Aosta or enjoy sweet honey directly from the comb.

Our pastry chef prepares a delightful selection of sweet and baked goods, including croissants, biscuits, muffins, saccottini, and cakes, all made with love.

For those who prefer savory options, we provide a range of cold meats, cured meats, salmon, carefully selected cheeses, refreshing salads, and a special menu dedicated to eggs. Our talented chefs prepare egg dishes on the spot, which are highly appreciated by our guests.

You won’t miss out on fresh fruits and syrups, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and we also cater to specific dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and hypoglycemic products. We strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy a satisfying breakfast experience.

Our wine selection process perfectly complements the culinary philosophy of our Chef. Through a well-established network of relationships with small, high-quality producers, our Maitre & Sommelier carefully curates our wine list, featuring not only renowned labels but also hidden gems that offer remarkable flavors and stories.

With a collection of 360 carefully chosen labels, our wine list is always evolving, reflecting the Maitre’s unwavering passion and commitment. It encompasses wines from the Valdostan region as well as beyond national borders, offering a diverse and captivating journey for wine enthusiasts 

In addition to our extensive wine selection, we also offer two unique tasting itineraries inspired by influential Italian musicians, Fabrizio De André and Rino Gaetano. The first itinerary, “e ‘nt’a barca du vin ghe naveghiemu,” derived from the beautiful song “Crêuza de mä” by Fabrizio De André, is a captivating exploration dedicated entirely to the world of wine. The second itinerary, “hand to hand… experimenting!,” inspired by Rino Gaetano‘s song “A mano A mano,” represents a harmonious blend of wine and mixology. Both experiences are designed to be immersive, taking you on a sensory journey that will leave a lasting impression.
